Compass Alumni Suite™

Compass Alumni Suite is a subset of our flagship Educational Suite. This module can be used by an alumni association, sororities, fraternities or any other organization or club that keeps a database of membership. We have built in features that allow for levels and roles that can be used to sort and handle different functions of the organization.

Included in the Alumni Suite are features that enhance the management of your group. We have included Instant Messaging, Bulletin Board, Chat Rooms public and private, personal Email accounts, and multiple web sites. Secure logins help keep the system protected and safe from intruders.

Files such as PDFs can uploaded and downloaded as is needed by the user. Audio and Video files can be placed on the website and shared with the proper permissions. VoIP is available using a Multimedia set of headphones and Teleconferencing is available as an add-on.
